This website / web app, built by a Monero dev and enthusiast, offers a number of ways to work with Monero seeds, public addresses and secret keys. It aims to be mostly educational and illustrate in easy-to-grasp ways how these aspects of Monero's technology all work. Beginners in cryptocurrencies and Monero will probably profit the most. The resulting improved understanding may help you find your way around Monero better and prevent mistakes.
Be careful if you decide to actually use any seeds and addresses that you get here as a result. First, bugs are always possible, and second you could loose all your XMR if you don't know what you do. It's your responsibility to use any results sensibly. (Imagine a wall of uppercase legalese here, voiding all and any warranties.)
This is a server-based app: If you enter your own "hot" seeds or secret keys anywhere the server could, in principle, spy on you or even steal all your coins. Any new seeds and keys are calculated on the server as well, not locally in your browser.
If you are on Windows consider installing and using the Windows app instead.
